Located on the fourth level, Vitrine restaurant is a 74-seat establishment offering full breakfast and lunch menus based on fresh, local ingredients, with many herbs and vegetables coming from the hotel's organic terrace garden.
Designed by Toronto's Yabu Pushelberg, Vitrine restaurant offers an elegant and light-filled dining room with a sophisticated palette of sage green and white, custom-designed banquettes, chic tables and chairs, and rich herringbone-patterned wood floors.
