I have reviewed this hotel previously and I’ve got to do it again. With more than 300 hotel nights in 17, most of them with spg, I do appreciate good service, because it makes things just so much easier
Rooms are generally well maintained and offer plenty of room to store you luggage, further I have had some of the best nights here, so if you just want a getaway and in room brunch I’d recommend this hotel as well
In addition I have to say, that the service the team provides makes stays so much easier, a great thank you to Jon again for taking care of things for me, and for generally being attentive, as is everyone else at the St Regis
Since I’ve stayed here several times, I really appreciated getting the same room on different floors, because it makes it more like a home away from home than just a hotel stay, more hotels should do that for their regular guests, assuming they like it too
Food at the restaurant was great, the chef and updated menu are truly great in case you don’t want to leave the hotel for dinner
